How to build effective multi-cultural teams!
The ongoing climate and demographic changes currently happening in Europe, Africa, and in Asia could trigger large population migrations of people seeking safety, food security, and economic opportunities. Already, we see migration flows crisscrossing the African continent as well a steady stream of people heading north to Europe.
These migratory flows will create an increased need for skills in intercultural communication and leadership and if done correctly, we can harness the enormous creative potential of multi-cultural teams.
Drawing on my experience from having lived, worked and travelled in over 90 countries while building and running several multi-cultural project teams in Africa and Asia, I’ve created a keynote outlining how an organisation can create their own effective multi-cultural teams.
